The second day we went to a work shop at a small college right on the beach of San Diego near old town. The conductor there really knows his stuff and he made our choir sound sooo sweet! of course i'm sure we wont sound that same way ever again but it was cool for the time being.
Next We Sang at an old Cathedral in Old Town. The Cathedral made our sound amazing. We brought many of the chaperons to tears (including my mom)
After our performance we had about an hour to shop in old town San Diego. We found some sweet shades for only 5 dollars that i fell in love with and ended up leaving in to hotel room our last day :(
Next we preformed at St. Paul's Cathedral which was build in the 1920's. It was very interesting and beautiful since i had never been in anything like that but i didn't have a pleasant feeling there. Every thing they considered beautiful or artistic was covered with red sheets because of it was the week of Easter, and it was really dark and gloomy in there compared to our temples that are bright and full of light.
