You
know your body … put anything else on this list that isn't good for you!
-Your team can also earn extra points by submitting a healthy recipe each week to a Google Doc that I will set up.
-Be creative and set up Pinterest boards or Facebook pages to help encourage your team.
-You're welcome to take your own measurements and before and after pictures but they wont be required for the competition.
i dont like how everything is low fat. fat is needed in your diet. low fat mayo and sour cream etc. tend to be full of other crap to make it taste good. other than those things on the good and bad lists, i think it all looks good. :)
ReplyDeleteoops. thius is ashley logged in as ryan apparently!
ReplyDeleteGreat comment Ash! I agree that "low fat" is usually code for "high sugar and extra carbs". Remember to go for good fats like avocado, seeds, oils, nuts....
ReplyDeleteThe list is just ideas and examples. I'll also use humus instead of mayo on a lot of foods.
FGI8 is all about making better choices than you did before and setting good habits! Use your own judgment on what's good and bad for your own body.
