We had the very bitter sweet moment of saying goodbye to little Rach today. What am I going to do with out her? She has been such a light in my life for the past three and a half years. Her smile and laugh are the most contagious of anyone I have met.
It was very fitting that as we got in the car and left the MTC, Denali started to sing one of her favorite songs from Daniel Tiger.
"Its okay to feel sad sometimes. Little by little you'll feel better again."
